When running the Display Campaign, advertising with banners, you can set up Keyword Targeting, Topic Targeting and Placement Targeting for the campaign. These 3 types of targeting are called Content Targeting.
- Keyword Targeting
If the content or subject of the page contains the keywords that you add, it would trigger your banner ad to show there.
- Topic Targeting
Google would analyse the websites in its network and decide the topic to which they belong. Choose the topic for your ad and it will go to the websites under that topic.
- Placement Targeting
You can specify the websites that you want your ads to show. If the specified websites have Apps, the ads will show there too.
